The Data That I See in the App is Not Up-to-date
The data is automatically refreshed every night so that we can provide the most up-to-date information when you start the day.
However, this data refresh may fail occasionally. When that happens, we will restart the process manually and keep a close eye on it to make sure you benefit from the most recent details as fast as possible. That second run will usually finish before noon, Belgian time.
If you did not hear from us and your data is still not up-to-date in the afternoon, feel free to reach out to us through the support portal.
The Data Is Incomplete
At times, you may think that some data is missing, whether for a given timeframe or for some EAN's in your portfolio.
Depending on how we source the data related to your portfolio (automated, via a DGO-mandate or manually), it may not always be complete or up-to-date. We also don't have information on all EAN's for some periods.
